  • Q. What is the address of my condo
    A. The condos are located at 781 Estero Blvd.
  • Q. Do you have wireless internet?
    A. Yes, we have complimentary internet for all of our guests.
  • Q. How far is my vacation location from the Fort Myers Airport?
    A. You're staying only 20 miles from the airport.
  • Q. Can I get a mid-week cleaning?
    A. Yes, mid-week cleanings are available, for an additional $15 dollar fee.
  • Q. Will I have access to a grill?
    A. Yes, all guest have access to an outdoor grill for barbecuing.
  • Q. How far from the beach is my condo?
    A. Paradise is only steps away!
  • Q. What does my view look like?
    A. At Edgewater the 3 back units face the pool and have a view of the channel and some of the Bay.  The Front condos have a small view of the gulf, with beach access 100 ft away.
  • Q. Do you have cribs, playpens and strollers available?
    A. There are Pac'n'Plays, high chairs and strollers available for your use. Anything you cannot find is available through a local baby-accessory rental company, Happy Baby Rentals.
  • Q. Do I need to bring beach towels?
    A. No, beach towels are provided for you.
  • Q. Do I need to bring beach lounges or chairs?
    A. No, beach lounges and chairs are provided for you.
  • Q. What do I need to bring?
    A. Just your personal items. Dishes, linens, towels, etc. are provided in each condo.
  • Q. What about paper products and soap?
    A. We have a starter set of everything you need. Toilet paper, paper towers, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion and coffee.
  • Q. Does Edgewater Inn have a washer and dryer?
    A. The 2 bedroom condos have a stackable washer and dryer in each unit. The 1 bedroom units have a shared area with a washer and dryer.
  • Q. Do you require a deposit?
    A. We require a deposit of two nights stay, with the remainder due upon check in.
  • Q. What is the cancellation policy?
    A. We require a 60 day cancellation notice.
  • Q. How far will I be from the Times Square area and the Fort Myers Beach fishing pier?
    A. Edgewater Inn is a 5-10 minute walk.
